Entity Taking Action: NC Board of Medical Licensing
Action Taken: I was allowed to withdraw my application by the NC Board because I was unable to keep two in person interviews scheduled by the Board. I did not receive notification of either interview date/time. NC could not show that I had received the email or read them. Due to limited patient coverage at that time I was unable to reshcedule. NC reported this withdrawal to FSMB. No other action taken.
